This year, the Board of Directors (BOD) decided to organize the annual team building event at the scenic Song Hong Resort, Vinh Yen.
A Day Full of Energy and Team Spirit
The day started beautifully with warm sunlight and a mild autumn breeze. Everyone was excited and ready for the main event — The Amazing Race, a new initiative introduced to make this year’s team building even more exciting.
Divided into three teams, participants worked together to overcome a series of challenges that tested both physical endurance and intellectual agility, including various IQ puzzles and teamwork activities.
It was a day filled with energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments that brought every department closer together.
A Night to Remember – Gala Dinner
As the sun set, the entire Newwave Solutions team gathered for a heartwarming Gala Dinner, featuring special performances, mini games, and a cheerful atmosphere that perfectly captured the company’s spirit.
The evening was filled with joy, music, and celebration — a well-deserved reward for a year of dedication and success. During the event, the Board of Directors expressed sincere appreciation to all employees for their contributions and shared the company’s strategic objectives for the upcoming years.
