“Thanks Party 2025 – A gathering of nearly 300 Newers, moving in rhythm on a shared journey.” 

On February 6, Thanks Party 2025, the most anticipated annual event at Newwave Solutions, was held to reflect on the journey of 2025 and set the stage for 2026. More than a moment of appreciation, the event marked a strategic transition into the new year, with a clear direction established through the message: Unity in Purpose, Unity in Action. 

“Unity in Purpose, Unity in Action” – The Spirit That Guides Newwave in 2026 

The theme “Unity in Purpose, Unity in Action” was chosen as the central message of the entire program. “Unity in Purpose” represents alignment in vision, direction, and shared standards across the organization, forming the foundation for consistent execution and trusted delivery. “Unity in Action” emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, optimizing expertise and resources to enhance efficiency in technology projects. 

This spirit was embodied in the Dong Son bronze drum – the key visual of the event. As a symbol of community and systemic harmony in Vietnamese culture, the bronze drum created a meaningful connection between cultural heritage and the organizational values Newwave Solutions aspires to uphold.

Reflecting on 365 Days of Challenge and Growth 

The program opened with a LED drum performance, recreating the image of the Dong Son bronze drum on a modern stage. The powerful rhythms not only delivered visual impact but also set a tone of solemnity and anticipation for the evening. 

This was followed by the ceremonial drum performance by the Executive Board – a symbolic moment when the entire hall aligned to a unified rhythm. The sound did more than marking the opening. It signaled the organization’s transition into a new phase.

During the event, CEO To Quang Duy (David) announced key growth targets and development priorities for 2026 before the entire Newwave team. 

In his speech, Mr. David reflected candidly on 2025 – a year filled with challenges but also clear maturation in operational capability and team quality. 

For 2026, specific targets were introduced: 30% growth, projected revenue of 140B VND, and team expansion to 350 members. Beyond quantitative goals, learning and capability development were identified as strategic priorities for both leadership and the entire organization.

This perspective reinforces the importance of organizational capability in navigating market volatility and mastering emerging technologies. It forms the foundation for sustainable growth and strengthens Newwave’s role as a trusted technology partner in an increasingly dynamic digital transformation environment. 

Newwave Annual Award 2025: Recognizing Contribution and Strengthening Unity 

One of the most anticipated highlights of the evening was the Newwave Annual Award 2025, where outstanding contributions throughout the year were formally recognized. 

With 41 individual nominations and 21 team nominations, and total award value reaching 100M VND, the ceremony reflected both the scale of the program and the organization’s appreciation for consistent dedication. 

Excellent Staff of the Year 

Awards were presented to Ms. Dao Thi Yen (ISO Team), Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Nhan (Marketing Leader), and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan (BU10). 

Ms. Dao Thi Yen was recognized for her pivotal role in upgrading and standardizing the quality management system according to international standards. The successful transition to ISO 27001:2022 and achieving zero Minor or Major non-conformities in the June audit demonstrated the strengthening operational foundation of Newwave Solutions.

Team of the Year 

The ISO, Marketing, and IC teams were honored for their significant contributions in ensuring system quality, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing internal connectivity. Their effective cross-departmental collaboration directly supported overall growth performance in 2025.

Project of the Year 

Eight projects were recognized for excellence based on business effectiveness, strategic impact, and customer satisfaction: Amnia, ARCTEC, FG Games & Platform, Gulfnet_CSM, Kigeki_Project, MAG_Kajimeiku, NTS_UK, and Tadhana. 

Among them, Amnia received the Best Project of the Year award, generating approximately 8.5 billion VND in revenue in the German market during 2025. Beyond commercial success, the project demonstrated strong demo conversion rates and effective mastery of advanced technologies. Its achievement reflects the organization’s capability to coordinate and deliver large-scale international projects.

Music, Best Outfit, Lucky Draw – Youthful Energy Illuminating the Night 

Following the formal ceremony, the atmosphere shifted to a more relaxed and celebratory tone. Internal performances brought laughter and connection, reinforcing the vibrant culture within the organization.

The Best Outfit activity added a creative highlight, showcasing individuality and dynamic spirit among team members. Meanwhile, the Lucky Draw segment, featuring more than 50 prizes, concluded the evening with excitement and anticipation as names of fortunate Newers were announced. 

Entering 2026 with Global Technology Waves Ahead 

Thanks Party 2025 was not merely a year-end reflection. It marked a strategic alignment of mindset and direction for the next phase. The achievements of 2025 are not endpoints. They are foundations for raising operational standards and evolving development thinking.
