Kicking Off an Inspiring Tech Week
Recently, Newwave Solutions hosted Tech Week 2025 – our annual internal event designed to provide Newers with opportunities to stay ahead of technology trends, exchange practical experiences, and foster a spirit of innovation. The event also served as a forum where bold ideas were nurtured, developed into feasible initiatives, and advanced toward software product development.
One of the major highlights of this year’s Tech Week was the Innovation Hackathon. Launched two weeks earlier, it quickly ignited excitement across the company as teams formed, brainstormed their ideas, and geared up for the biggest showdown of the week.
The opening ceremony on September 22nd set an energetic tone, bringing together company leaders, managers, and more than 60 Newers. Laughter, applause, and inspirational sharing filled the Open Space, setting the perfect momentum for a week of exploration and creativity.
Harnessing the power of Agentic AI with the Talkshow “Coding the Future”
Tech Week 2025 kicked off with the talkshow “Agentic AI – Coding the Future”, featuring Dr. Nghiêm Nguyễn Việt Dũng, an international expert in Data Science.
Through vivid real-world case studies, Dr. Dung demonstrated the power of AI Agents: from chatbots providing instant project support to AI systems that autonomously monitor and optimize databases. Beyond theory, his presentation helped Newers clearly envision how Agentic AI can transform everyday workflows.

The Q&A session further energized the room as participants raised questions about applying AI effectively in daily work and its long-term impact on developers’ roles. The experts provided in-depth answers and examples, guiding everyone toward seeing AI as a collaborative partner, not just a supporting tool.
Expanding perspectives at RAG Agentic & A2A Seminars
Following the talkshow, a series of internal seminars captivated Newers with practical themes revolving around Agentic AI.
The first seminar, “RAG Agentic,” showcased how AI can retrieve, verify, and evaluate information like a “smart assistant.” The highlight was the Agentic RAG model, capable not only of finding data but also knowing when to search and how to validate results. Many Newers found this perspective immediately applicable to their ongoing projects.
Attention then shifted to “A2A – Agent to Agent Protocol”, where for the first time Newers explored an open protocol enabling AI Agents to communicate and collaborate seamlessly across platforms. Real-world scenarios, such as AI for infrastructure management or coding support, painted a clear picture of an integrated ecosystem of autonomous agents with boundless application potential.
From RAG to A2A, the two seminars complemented each other: one brought “smart retrieval thinking,” while the other unveiled “autonomous collaboration.” Together, these insights became the stepping stones for Newers to transform ideas into viable solutions and solutions into MVPs.
Innovation Hackathon: The Grand Stage for Idea Breakthroughs
Being the heartbeat of every Tech Week, the Innovation Hackathon 2025 hit its climax on September 26, when four standout teams battled it out in an atmosphere charged with excitement. Each team wowed the crowd with stunning demos and AI solutions designed for real impact.
Emerging as the winner, Team Python claimed the championship with their project AgentFlow Enterprise Platform – a multi-agent AI platform designed for businesses. The solution stood out thanks to its application of Agentic RAG combined with multi-agent workflows, enabling the system to search, respond, plan, and execute complex tasks autonomously.
This victory, along with the strong performances of the other TOP 4 teams, affirmed the breakthrough creativity of Newers. It also serves as a powerful motivation for Newwave Solutions to continue fostering innovation and transforming ideas into real value for customers.
