Our client sought to modernize their customer support by integrating an intelligent chatbot into their website.
They were facing high volumes of routine inquiries that overloaded their support team, making it difficult to provide timely responses or 24/7 service. The goal was to provide immediate answers to common inquiries, reduce response times, and offer customers the choice to connect with a human representative. We developed a complete web-based platform where businesses can configure their chatbot’s knowledge, customize its appearance, and manage a hybrid AI-human support workflow, all through an intuitive admin interface.
