Mr. Duy To is the Founder and CEO of Newwave Solutions, with over 10 years of experience in software development and technology solutions. A graduate of FPT University, he became the youngest Project Manager at a major tech firm at the age of 21.

In 2022, he was honored as one of Hanoi’s Outstanding Young Faces. By 2024, he officially joined the Forbes Technology Council, leaving a mark on Vietnam’s tech community.

Under his leadership, Newwave Solutions has expanded strongly in both Vietnam and Japan. The company stands out as a leading IT outsourcing partner, known for strategic agility, reliability, and deep commitment to digital transformation.

Mr. Tung Ha is the Chief Technology Officer of Newwave Solutions with over 15 years of experience in Windows/Web app development. He has strong expertise in Microservices, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud-native technologies.

He joined Newwave in 2011 after working at FPT Software, leading tech strategy and advising on sustainable software solutions for businesses and startups.

With a visionary mindset, he sets high technical standards and pioneers new technologies, driving innovation and competitive advantage for Newwave Solutions.

Mr. Trung Nguyen is the Chief Operating Officer of Newwave Solutions, with over 10 years of experience in the software industry. He has led large-scale projects for top corporations in Japan and Vietnam.

Before joining Newwave, he held key roles at FPT Software, including Software Engineer, Technical Leader, Bridge Engineer, and Project Manager. His diverse background helps build efficient and agile operations.

With strategic thinking and strong leadership, he is strengthening Newwave’s operational foundation. He effectively connects technology, people, and structure, aiming to standardize and expand the company’s global presence.

Mr. Trung Tran is a Division Director and Co-founder of Newwave Solutions, with over 15 years of experience in software, blockchain, AI, and cloud systems. He previously held key roles at FPT Software.

He leads technology direction and drives the development of breakthrough products, helping enhance the company's competitive edge. His strategic mindset and long-term vision shape Newwave’s growth.

With decisive leadership and a sharp eye for trends, he fosters an innovative environment where engineers continuously push boundaries and create value.

Mr. Atsushi Nomura is the General Manager of Business and Operations at Newwave Solutions Japan, tasked with expanding and strengthening the company’s presence in the Japanese market. He focuses on strategic differentiation to enhance local competitiveness.

With expertise in marketing and product development, he leads new business initiatives and delivers services tailored to Japanese customer needs.

Backed by over 20 years of executive experience, he excels in organizational development and corporate management, contributing to Newwave’s sustainable global growth.

Ms. Huong is the Global Sales Manager at Newwave Solutions with over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the IT outsourcing sector. She leads a sales team of over 10 members and has consistently driven impressive growth milestones in both revenue and brand visibility.

With her sharp strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and effective team development capabilities, Ms. Huong is a key driving force in building and implementing the company's global market expansion strategies. Her contributions have been instrumental in broadening Newwave Solutions’ international client ecosystem and reinforcing the company’s competitive positioning in key global markets.

Ms. Ha is the Sales Manager in charge of the Japanese market at Newwave Solutions. With over 8 years of experience in sales management, in-depth knowledge of Japanese business culture, and a strong ability to build long-term partnerships, she has significantly contributed to maintaining and expanding the strategic client network in the region.

Possessing excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a high level of commitment, she not only drives sales performance but also enhances Newwave Solutions' reputation in the international market. At Newwave, Ms. Ha plays a particularly crucial role in ensuring stability and sustainable growth in Japan, a key market in the company’s global strategy.

Ms. Nhan is the Marketing Manager at Newwave Solutions, with 7+ years of experience in branding and digital communications. She previously held key roles in brand and digital strategy at companies in tech, TV, and telecommunications.

Ms. Yen is the ISO Manager (ISO 9001, 27001) at Newwave Solutions, with over 8 years of experience in quality management, internal control, and international standard systems. She has previously held key positions such as ISO Manager at GIZA Vietnam, Deputy Head of QA at Anova Feed, and Internal Control Team Leader at Bellsystem24.

At Newwave Solutions, Ms. Yen is responsible for establishing and operating the ISO system in alignment with the company’s sustainable development strategy. She also leads the implementation of a robust internal control framework and fosters a culture of compliance across the organization.

Mr. Huynh is the Internal Communications Manager at Newwave Solutions. With over 4 years of experience in internal communications and corporate culture development, he has been a key figure in building the company’s distinctive cultural identity.
