Project Overview

Our client, managing a large volume of garments and assets across multiple locations, faced challenges with manual inventory tracking—a process that was slow, prone to errors, and offered no real-time visibility, leading to stock shortages and misplaced equipment.

The goal was to implement a foolproof digital system to track every item in real-time. We developed a tailored mobile application that integrates directly with RFID hardware, enabling staff to instantly scan, locate, and manage inventory, transforming a chaotic manual process into a controlled, efficient operation.

Our Technical Challenges
The most significant hurdle was developing and optimizing the application without direct, physical access to the specific RFID reader hardware. We had to ensure reliable Bluetooth connectivity, correct data packet interpretation, and smooth batch scanning functionality entirely through remote collaboration and specifications, unable to physically test or debug on the actual devices during development.
