Project Overview
Our client, managing a large volume of garments and assets across multiple locations, faced challenges with manual inventory tracking—a process that was slow, prone to errors, and offered no real-time visibility, leading to stock shortages and misplaced equipment.
The goal was to implement a foolproof digital system to track every item in real-time. We developed a tailored mobile application that integrates directly with RFID hardware, enabling staff to instantly scan, locate, and manage inventory, transforming a chaotic manual process into a controlled, efficient operation.
