We engineered this application's robust ecosystem by strategically deploying a modern, scalable tech stack: utilizing Flutter to craft a beautiful, consistent cross-platform mobile experience, Angular & Vue.js for building dynamic and complex web interfaces for the admin portal and learning hub, and a Node.js backend with a microservices architecture on AWS ECS to ensure high performance, scalability, and seamless integration of critical features like real-time messaging (RocketChat), video streaming (Wowza), and geolocation services (Google Maps), all powered by the flexible data model of MongoDB.

Our Technical Challenges
We built a custom Learning Management System (LMS) from scratch, tailored for delivering real estate content with high engagement and accessibility. This was paired with a reliable digital transaction system to ensure secure, seamless property operations. To drive participation, we integrated Play-to-Earn gamification designed for the real estate sector, along with a scalable community module featuring social media-style interactions for collaboration and networking. Technically, the platform leveraged AWS ECS and message queues to deliver real-time synchronization, efficient load handling, and stable performance under high traffic.
